Business updates concerning the COVID-19 situation:

On this page, Building Designs will be posting any information we receive concerning closures and/or delays due to the COVID-19 Virus.  Please contact your local health authorities for information and recommendations regarding your specific area.


Update 04/01/2020:

San Antonio, TX has extended Shelter in Place order until May 5th, 2020.

BUILDING DESIGNS WILL REMAIN OPEN, AS WE ARE ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME.  WE WILL BE KEEPING EVERYONE UPDATED AS THINGS PROGRESS!


WE WILL STILL BE TAKING ORDERS, BUT ASK EVERYONE TO KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE WILL BE A 2-3 WEEK DELAY IN SOME AREAS, ONCE DELIVERIES RESUME, SO THAT OUR CREWS CAN ALL STAY HOME AND HELP PREVENT THE SPREAD OF THIS VIRUS.

Update: 4/8/2020 


We are closed Good Friday (4/10) and we will be re-opening to normal business Monday, April 13, 2020. We have implemented strict distancing and cleaning protocols for our employees. Our installation crews will resume installations the same week of April 13th ASAP.

We hope this clarifies any questions; we know there is a lot of uncertainty during these times but we must prevail in keeping our optimism while simultaneously taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe.

We encourage you to reach out to the appropriate department by email so that we can assist you as quickly as possible when our staff returns.

US CREDIT is Closed Until April 15, 2020

As a precaution in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Coast to Coast Carports, Inc. has decided to temporary close all facilities for 4 weeks (March 23-April 20). The health and safety of our employees, installation crews and customers is our top priority. By closing all facilities, this will allow our staff and installation crews to adhere to the president’s recommendation for social distancing.

Please note we anticipate delivery times will be extended by 2-3 weeks after we reopen.

We thank you for your business and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We encourage you all to access the Centers for Disease control at cdc.gov and monitor your local governmental and health agency announcements.

All-Steel Carports will be operating with limited staff and are scheduling orders as possible.  They are continuing to accept orders.

American Steel, per government recommendations, has shut their factories down for 2-3 weeks, to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  They are still accepting orders, and deliveries will be on a first-come, first served basis once deliveries resume.

EB Carports has closed their factories until April 13TH,  to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.  They are still taking orders, and as with other suppliers, deliveries will be on a first-come, first-served basis when they resume.
